Grape Skin Extract Dehydration

Note:  Powdered Grape Seed and Powdered Grape Skin Extract look and act similar to the Cinnamon spice.  Hopefully this will
help you when considering how to use it in cooking - as far as its culinary viscosity.  Simply use cinnamon as a guide.  Below are some
ideas on how you may use them in recipes just to get you started.

Add powdered grape seed extract or grape skin extract to any Smoothie recipe.  It should not have an effect on the taste and will
make anything you add it to more healthy for you.

For something new and different in the morning, sprinkle either powdered grape seed extract or grape skin extract on your toast just
as you would cinnamon.  Works well sprinkled or folded into scrambled eggs as well.

Rather than sprinkling Paprika on your deviled eggs, next time sprinkle on some powdered grape skin extract.  It has a nice purple
color and will definitely give you, your friends and family, something to talk about.

Dips are always great at parties.  Next time you make your favorite dip recipe, sprinkle powdered grape seed extract or grape skin
extract (or both) on top to add a healthy and visually appealing touch.  Mixing it in is great as well.  It will maintain it's texture.

Salads are also a good thing to try with your extract powder.  Both powdered seed or skin works well.  I've had both.  Simply
sprinkle on like pepper and toss.  Guaranteed to give your salad something it hasn't experienced.

Fry some diced potatoes in a pan using grape seed oil or olive oil.  When the oil starts to get absorbed add some water.  Add
enough water to keep the mix very moist.  When potatoes are just about cooked, add some small diced veggies (what ever you
want).  Sprinkle on some spices to taste (examples: minced or fresh garlic, minced or fresh onion, chopped chives, cilantro, pepper,
and/or Italian seasoning).  Fold them together in the pan & continue to cook.  In a separate bowl, mix together eggs,  half & half
milk, and cheese (any type) enough to cover the potatoes & veggies.  Blend these ingredients together well.  Pour the mixture over the
potatoes & veggies evenly.  Cover and simmer until cooked on top of stove or place pan in oven (without cover) on broil until lightly
browned and fluffy (should take a couple of minutes).  Remove & sprinkle on your powdered grape seed or skin extract.  You may
also add the extract during the egg mixture stage above instead of sprinkling it on the finished product.  This is what I call my "Grape
Extract Frittata"!

You may add either grape seed extract or grape skin extract to most any recipe.  Use your creativity and impress your friends and
family at your next breakfast, lunch or dinner get together.  Most likely you will serve them something totally unique.

    ENJOY AND BON APPETIT!
